Only the best materials (fully ripened fruit, quality wines etc.) are used

and fermented. With the right touch and the aid of appropriate

technology, is the spirit wort gently distilled. The aim is to develop

as many different types of aroma according to the type of

spirit.The appropriate separation of the pre-heat from the middle part

and the last part is the condition for a quality product of this type. The

core of the process, the "Mittellauf", is completed with its becoming fine

sctrnapps. After a period of maturation, the distillate combined with

ancient spring water from the Mühlviertel, takes on the appropriate

strength to drink. Only after a period of several months is the

spirits in the best condition to be enjoyed.
